Fun at the FREE movie...

Bryn and I went to see "Barnyard" this morning with Stephanie and the girls - one of the local theaters does FREE movies every Tuesday and Wednesday morning during the summer. It was great! I think we'll have a standing weekly date for that one!

Aaron made it to Albuquerque for his meeting after having to run to his connecting flight in Dallas. His golf clubs and suitcase didn't make it there with him, though. The airline said they would reimburse him for club rental - I am not holding my breath for that one!

The photo editing program is the Creative Memories Memory Manager and it is pretty easy to use. It takes some getting used to as far as removing stuff from the photos, but it can obviously be done since I can do it! I also really like that it lets you journal a little with each picture you save because I am not good at journaling in my albums. And it's pretty cheap...$40 I think.

My Doc's office called and cancelled my appointment today, so my rogue cells with have to wait another couple of weeks. For whatever reason, I am not freaking out about it, so I am just going with that flow rather than trying to figure out why I am not worried!

Smart woman not to worry. :o)

Wasn't Barnyard cute? We rented it a few months ago and really enjoyed it. The free movie program sounds fun! :o)

The soonest they could get you back in was a couple of weeks?!! But Carrie's right...not worrying is the smart thing to do. After all, worrying won't help a thing.

Free movies...WooHoo!

Rich is going to be major league pissed when he finds out the mammal meetings were in Albuquerque this year! I told him earlier that Aaron was off to the meetings, and he asked me where they were this year. He said he doesn't even belong to the ASM anymore. But he totally fell in love with Albuquerque when he went there for some meetings back when he was at Tenn.Tech. Maybe I just shouldn't tell him. Anyway, I hope you girls enjoy your "girl time"!

We don't have a movie theater in the town we live in but drive to a neighboring town...they have a kids free movie thing one day a week I think.
I think we'd be pretty upset if hubby's clubs got lost or delayed on a plane trip!

Ooh, free movies in the summertime for kids, that's just the best thing! One theater where I live does that and I think it's wonderful. Hope you guys get to go all summer and have a blast :)

Glad your hubby made it there ok, but I'm telling you. My husband would NOT be a happy camper if his golf clubs didn't arrive with him, LOL!

Hope you get in to the doctor soon and you're right... don't worry, be happy and go with the flow until then.

Take care!

i have noticed with age that i worry more when it's someone i care about than when it's myself. when something is going on with me, i just take the "what will be, will be, and we'll cross whatever bridge we need to when we come to it." like my Gram always said, no sense borrowing trouble.

Thanks for stopping by my blog yesterday! Free movies are always the best kind. Sounds like fun! I hope the golf clubs and suitcase show up soon...that is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves (second to bluetooths... ha ha) about flying.

Cool photo editing too!
