Spring in the south

I had forgotten how much I love spring in Memphis. I went for my walk today and got to see all of the blooming azaleas and dogwoods. And driving into the city by all of the big, old houses I got to see more azaleas and dogwoods. It is just so pretty...Kansas just isn't quite the same!

Those couple of weeks before it's 98 degrees and oppressively humid on a daily basis are pretty nice there in Memphis! Sorry...Rich's smartassedness must be rubbing off on me. ;) Enjoy every minute, Kara! And say "hello" to your mom for me.

HAVE FUN!!!

I miss dogwoods. We had one in my yard when I was growuing up but if they grow in FL, I've never seen one.

I love spring! But this year it has done a number on me with allergies that I never thought I had. Memphis, you got almost to my neck of the woods; I'm a couple hours south of it!
