It's been one of those weeks...busy, busy, busy without much to say about it! Just been doing normal stuff - dog obedience class, dentist appointments, church stuff.
I am surviving pregnancy aches and pains I didn't' experience the first time around...some stomach muscle pain from stretching (I guess). I was on bedrest and Bryn was almost born by this time in my last pregnancy, so this is all new to me. Not being able to bend over as easily, weird belly button changes and muscle separation...I am just thrilled to be able to experience it rather than being laid up in the hospital!
The basement is progressing nicely - it is exciting to see it coming along. He is painting today and it sounds like it will all be done in a month or so. I can't wait!

I don't know why I can't keep better track...how far along are you now? About 29-ish weeks? (Oops, I first typed 79-ish...that would be quite a feat, huh?)
You'll have to share some pics of the basement...I'm sure you've got to be mighty anxious to have it done. But it sounds like all's gone pretty smoothly so far, huh?
Good grief, you do sound busy! It's just the same ole same ole here, nothing exciting to blog about. I look forward to seeing pics of the completed project, must be exciting to be getting closer :)

I am at 29 weeks give or take a few days depending on whether you believe me, the doctor or ultrasounds!
I will post some basement pics soon...I should probably be taking some as we go to document the progress, but somehow I haven't gotten around to that! It would just be more to scrapbook and goodness knows I am already far enough behind!
So glad you are getting to experience more this time. I know what you mean. CJ was born at 24 weeks, so I missed out on a ton of cool pregnant stuff. I actually felt like I had been robbed! And I said that if I ever got pregnant again, that I didn't care if I got a big as a house, I wouldn't complain because it's better than having a baby in the NICU for 32 months. So when I was pregant with Ruthi, I counted every day as a blessing. Toward the very end, the only "complaint" that I had was I couldn't breathe because she was so big (10 pounds!) and I was swelling so much that I could barely even use my hands anymore. But I didn't care. I savored it all. I hope and pray you get to experience it all - and this one is full term!
I guess in this case not much new is the equivalent of no news meaning good news.
