So I headed over to Bath and Body Works to take advantage of the 5 for $10 deal on pump soap that Stephanie told me about last night and wouldn't you know - the sale ended this morning! Of course it did since I was there at noon! So I paid the 3 for $10 price since I wasn't about to leave empty handed after driving all the way over there!
O.K. So I actually didn't drive the 25 minutes just for soap - Bryn and I went looking for a letterbox today at the lake. Unfortunately, we didn't find it - just the rocks it was supposed to be under! We did get a nice hike through tthe woods and got to see tons of cool bugs and snails, though, so it wasn't a total loss. Better luck next time!
I also got my classes ready...hooray! Just a final look through to make sure I didn't do anything too crazy and I'll be done.
On tap for tonight - just leftover hot dogs and burgers and a new episode of "Deadliest Catch" - can't wait!

Bummer on the soap thing! But hooray on having your class ready!
I didn't know you all letterboxed...Rich and Annie have done it and really had a ball. Been hoping to do some more this summer.
Oh! You know what, though? They're having their big semi-annual sale starting June 4th! That's the best time to get super good deals!
Letterbox ~ Is that where you get the clues online to where boxes are hidden at local parks (or natural places) and you go *hunting* for them?
I hate when that happens - and it happens all to often to me. I'm bad about not reading the "fine print" on things and missing out altogether. Hopefully you can catch the next sale. I LOVE BBW soaps!
Letterboxing - how cool! I read about that a while back and wondered how much fun it would really be.
I actually tried to leave you a comment yesterday, but my computer was goofing up and I couldn't leave it. Sounds like you are super busy. Just remember to do one thing at a time so it's not so overwhelming! Getting depressed never helps me get anything done, so I have to take baby steps!
Hope you get everything done that you need to!
Letterboxing is where you get the clues online and find the hidden "box" usually with a rubber stamp to stamp your book and then you stamp their book with your stamp. We just started, but it has been great so far. And seemingly less complicated than its high-tech GPS-required cousin, geocaching.
Carrie -
Thanks for the sale info - I will keep my eye out for cheap soap!
